Founded in 1996, Pelican Properties is a family owned portfolio of affordable rental homes located in various neighborhood communities in Orlando from the Milk District downtown southeast to Conway.

 

Our portfolio includes single family residences, duplexes and a condominium, ranging in gross living area from 676 to 2068.
